Direct Path Real Estate ("Direct Path Real Estate," "we," "us," or "our") is a trade name owned and operated by WLP Investments Inc, a real estate investment company that buys single-family and multifamily properties directly from owners, nationwide. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website at www.directpathrealestate.com (the "Site") or contact us by phone, text, email, or web form.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact details: full name, phone number, email address, and mailing/property address.
• Property details: property type, condition, reason for selling, timeline, mortgage status, and related notes you submit.
• Communications: the content of messages, calls, and texts you send us, and records of our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically through standard web technologies.

3. Cookies, Tracking Technologies & Analytics

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies on this Site. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device; related technologies include pixels (also called tags or beacons), which are tiny images or snippets of code that report activity, and local browser storage.

We use these technologies for three purposes:

• Strictly necessary. Cookies set by our hosting provider that are required to serve pages, balance load, and protect the Site against abuse. These cannot be switched off.

The specific third-party technologies currently in use on this Site are:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), measurement ID G-518W4MPSHL. Sets analytics cookies and collects pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring source. Google's practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy, and you can prevent collection with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.), pixel ID 10204143639014727. Records page views and form submissions so we can measure and target advertising on Facebook and Instagram. See the Meta Privacy Policy and manage your preferences in Meta Ad Preferences.
• Hosting traffic monitoring (GoDaddy.com, LLC), loaded from wsimg.com. Measures page performance and load times for our hosting account.

Your controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and you can usually set your browser to warn you before a cookie is placed. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative. Important: None of these cookies, pixels, or analytics tools receive your mobile phone number or your SMS consent status. Our program has two separate consents: transactional and customer care messages related to your property inquiry, such as offer updates, scheduling, document requests and closing notifications; and, only if you separately opted in, promotional and marketing messages such as market updates and new program offerings. Consenting to one does not enroll you in the other. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile opt-in data and consent applies only as described in this policy; it is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing. All other categories of data sharing described elsewhere in this policy exclude mobile opt-in data and consent — text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party. • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing of mobile opt-in data and consent applies only as described in this policy; it is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site, process submissions, or communicate with you (for example, our form-processing and telephony providers), under confidentiality obligations.
• Title companies, lenders, closing agents, or other parties directly involved in a specific transaction you engage in with us.
• Government authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
